What Causes Recurring Fainting Spell With Chronic Fatigue?

I have been having near fainting spells for several years. I ve had brain scans and heart testing. And now I am having quick black-outs. I m exhausted and cold all the time. Before I have a spell it feels like the blood is draining out of my legs. I m so discouraged because no one can give me any answers.
