What Causes Recurring Fainting Spell Without Dizziness?

My husband passed out in the bathroom, he was on the toilet, does not remember passing out! I heard him fall he didn t try to get up I asked if he could he didn t respond right away! This is the second time he has done this, he does not feel dizzy headed he just falls to the floor.
