What Causes Recurring Fever Along With Sore Throat And Cough?

I ve had fever for 5 days now with blood, urine, and chest x-rays coming back normal. I am a kidney transplant patient. The fever goes away about 6-7 hours with Tylenol, but returns. Also, I have a constant sore throat and a cough. Any suggestion on possible cause?
