What Causes Recurring Fever, Chills, Memory Loss And Throat Pain?

Hello Sir, I am feeling uncomfortable and I cannot keep anything in our mind. I have a tendency to forget very fast now days.Past 2 days I was again suffered from high fever, body pain and headaches After taking paracetamol and pain killer my fever goes away.But after some days fever again comes with chill.I have also throat pain and spitching thick cough with red particles What is the problem
