What Causes Recurring Fever, Ear Infection And Congestion In A Child?

Hi my son is 4 years old and 15kg weight he is getting fever again and again last week he had completed his augmentin course due to fever and ear infection now again fever comes back with little throat conjustion kindly let me know what to do I am giving him adol now.thanks
