What Causes Recurring Fever In An Infant Despite Administering Meftagesic Drops?

Hello sir.. my daughter is 18 months old and her weight is 10 kg. She got fever at grade 101 degree all of sudden on 27th march evening and then i gave her 5 ml Ibugesic plus syrup. She don t have any cold or cough. On 28th march morning at 10 am fever again raised to 101 degree. Again i gave her Ibugesic plus and gave tap water Sponging. The fever comes down. Then i visited to paediatrician on 28th march evening and he said that it may be viral but to see high grade fever periodicity he added TAXIM O FORTE antibiotic with MEFTAGESIC DS syrup for twice daily. After giving that drugs the fever regularly comes 8 hourly. During fever she becomes drowsy and sleepy. He also advised to go for malaria, CBC and Urine test. Malaria test was negative and urine and CBC also normal except Hb level was only 8.5 gm. After giving above drugs fever periodically coming in every 7-8 hour. Then on 30 march doctor advised to start anti malarial treatment and prescribed ARTEMETHER AND FUMANTRINE DRY SYRUP for 5ml twice daily with milk for 3 days. But on first dose she vomits medicine with milk. Then we didn t give another dose on same time. On next day, 31 march, i mixed 5ml of anti malarial with 10 ml fruit juice and gave her within 1 hour slowly and after 8 hours of first dose i gave another with Maaza within 1 hour. But now she has nausea and vomits milk 2 times. Now what to do?? Should we hospitalized her?? Fever is coming in every 7 hours and today is 5th day.
