What Causes Recurring Fever Post Ablation Procedure?

John is having signs of tachycardia again with a heart rate of 130-150, this evening. He just had an ablation of his throat done Wednesday, and is on Roxicet 5-325 mg 5ml, oral, and Carafate 1g/10mL / 10 mls 3x per day. Could either of these be the cause? He is not lightheaded, but has been running a fever on and off, (normal after ablation) and has some pain. Should we be concerned ?
