What Causes Recurring Fever, Vomiting And Headache In Children?

My two year old daughter threw up yesterday after school and last night with a low grade fever on and off and again today. She has also been complaining about her head hurting and now her eyes. I suffer from migraines as an adult. Is it possible for a two year old to suffer migraines too?
