What Causes Recurring Floaters And Dark Spots?

Hello, I ve been seeing floaters much more this few days? I m not sure if I didn t notice them so much before it what. Also, sometimes I see a black spot in my eye like the kind u would see temporarily after looking at something bright (even though I didn t look at anything bright.) is this a cause for concern? Thanks in advance.
