What Causes Recurring Headache After Having Head Injury?

Hi, i had a bang to the head late friday morning (now sunday evening) and i have got a bit of a bruise where i knocked my head and had have on and off head ache s since. But tonight, i have started to feel a numbness in my right arm. Is this a normal thing? I have not been to see a doctor as i was going to go on monday
