What Causes Recurring Headache, Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

I have been having difficult issues. I am a 13 year old female. I have had constant headaches for the past 2 weeks. They occur around my eyes. I have had extreme dizziness. I see flashing lights. Like lightening. It is blurry in all distances. I get bad glares. I cannot focus on lines or graphs. I always feel disoriented. I feel like i have tunnel vision. Is this vision related?
