What Causes Recurring Headache, Eye Pressure And Dizziness?

hello i wanted to know i have headaches everyday it starts in the afternoon and they dont go away till about 9 or 10 at night. in my head i feel so much pressure and it starts tumbing and my eyes will get really tired and they feel like someone has grabbed a handfull of salt and threw it in my eyes. and i have to put both of my hands on my head to put pressure on it to making it stop tumbing and the pressure. I also get really dizzy times. when i get up to do something my head hurts even more when i am sitting and when i sit back down i feel like i am about to fall out and my head is about to pop out of my eyes. someone give me some advise
