What Causes Recurring Headache With Lightheadedness?

Last few months i am facing head ache occasionally(specially at back side) and at the same feeling unbalance like floating. pain will come for a about 2-5 seconds and then stop. Unbalanced feeling come frequently especially after noon. I am suffering acidity and gastric problem frequently. Also motion is not smooth. Please advice. I am suffering hypertension taking medicine.
