What Causes Recurring Headache?

my wife gets headache frequently, visited ophthalmologist he said eyes are fine. Neurologist suggested for CT scan. May I know how much it costs in bangalore. And may I know is there other treatments available because i heard that CT-scan exposes radiation which is harmful
