What Causes Recurring Headaches And Dry Eyes?

I'm a 23 years old male. I'm 5'9" and 131 lbs and I am completely normal and healthy. However, for the past few months I can only breathe by one side of my nose. I suspect this to be the culprit of headaches over half of my head. Sometimes I feel like my eye is really dry on that side too. It hurts me to just move it at times. It comes and goes and I don't even know why.
