What Causes Recurring Headaches On Being Diagnosed With Mild Hypertension?

I think I am having hemiplegic migraines.Along with pain on the left side of my head,my body went numb down the left side along with pins and needles and chest pain.I thought iw as going to die.I ve had two full blown episodes.I have been diagnosed with regular migraine in t-he past.I ussullay treated them with ibuprofen and it made it bearable, but now that doesn t work.I had imitrex once by injection and was put into a dark room but it had no effect.I was given samples of some other medicine that began with r.It made the headache worse. At first when I had gotten diagnosed with mild hypertension the lisinapril seemed to help reduce the migraines. Now with the severe migraines the Dr. reluctantly let me increase the lisinapril from 10mg to 15mg.It said my pressure at 130-9 over 70-.85 was fine but I can t take it that high.Anything over 120 over seventy and I am sick.I had a car accident recently and had whiplash and a concussion.Could this have increased the headaches.I am currently taking mg.,vitamin c garlic, nitric oxide(It helps the chest pain)B-2,folate,b complex and methyl b-12.My daughter was studied at NIH for disautonomia and high homocysteine and we both have choline deficiency. They discovered a gene at North carolina University from her cells for a choline receptor disfunction.I also have a deficency in SaM-e,and phostytlserine and one other amino acid from the results from NIH.I was diagnosed with chronic CMV 20 years ago and was hospitalized for it several times during the acute phase in a two year period.I have wondered if the CMV reactivation has been the cause for the increase for the headaches,as I have read this has been associated with another herpes virus epstein-barr.any thoughts.
