What Causes Recurring Headaches, dizziness And Facial Numbness?

I have been having headaches in the same localized area of my head for about a month. At times they are debilitating and I experience dizziness & lightheaded. I have also had some facial numbness off and on. The area is about the size of a biscuit above my headline and forehead on the left side. At first I attributed it to Allergies but I do not have any sinus infection symptoms, such a congestion or dark mucus. I have suffered from severe allergies since I was 3 and have had plenty of sinus issues to know the difference. I have taken advil 800mg, Tramadol, Alevert D, and Steriod nasal spray during this time with no relief. The advil and Tramadol will numb the pain and dull it but never completely gone. I wondering what other possibilies could it be. As I don't want to make a unwarranted trip to the ER. I am 44 yr old female. I currently take Celexa 40mg. (15yrs), Ritalin 20mg daily.
