What Causes Recurring Heavy Headedness And Eyestrain?

Hi doctor, I am 24 years old.I am feeling weight on my head and also eye strain. About 3 months before I was having the same situation which lead to high fever and I was hospitalized.They told its the effect of high fever. I am really worried that the same heaviness head is coming back . Please give me guidance. Thank You.
