What Causes Recurring Itchy Callous Like Lesions On Palms Of Hand?

I have been getting itchy raised callous like lesions on the palms of my hands for years, mostly the left..they are getting worse and i shave them off w.a disposable razor and that seems the only way to relieve the itching but they come back within a day or 2 and are getting larger
