What Causes Recurring Kidney Stones, Renal Colic And Black Specks In Urine?

I have kidney stones often...most recently yesterday with severe renal colic. I have not seen a stone in my urine (I m straining it), however, there has been black specks that resemble little scabs in the urine a few times. Not hard to the touch. What is this?
