What Causes Recurring Lightheadedness?

Light headed at times. Feel like my eyes are part of the problem. Wear glasses with progressive lenses. At work use computer constantly. It feels like looking up and down from computer to desk and also motion makes me feel lighted headed. Suffer from seasonal allergies but do not take medication for them. Occasional headaches but not severe.
