What Causes Recurring Lower Back Pain?

10 days before i had back pain and immediately i went to the hospital and the doctor gave me a pain killer injection ,its relax me for some times only after 5 hours same back pain occurs and eject same injection . The next day i face difficulty in walking and vibration occurs in the lower part of the foot and weakness remains in whole part of the leg and also facing problem in buttack by removing body waste.
