What Causes Recurring Lumpy Purple Spots On Inner Thigh?

Hi my name is santana and I just want to no what it is that keeps Comming up on my ina thigh it s like big lumpy purple spots they really hurt when I walk I try and squeeze them but nothing an when they do end up popping it s like brownish dark blood with pus They don t even go away the swelling just goes down and I ve got about 4 on one side and about 3 on the other please can you tell me what this could be thanks
