What Causes Recurring Migraine For Weeks?

i'm a 21 yr old female, i've been getting migraines for about 2 weeks now on and off, they happen more at night time. they wake me up from a dead sleep nothing seems to get them to go away, i also have a dime sized lump on the upper back left side of my neck, i've had it for years but nevr really got it checked out. i cant bend my head downwards without a headache starting to rush up my neck t my head..
