What Causes Recurring Nausea And Pain In The Abdomen?

For about 2 months, every couple of weeks on the weekend I get an upset stomach, nausea and when I do get sick, I feel better for maybe 2-3 hours and then it starts all over again. This usually only lasts one day. However it happened again yesterday and continued today but not as bad. I have no idea what may be causing this.
