What Causes Recurring Pain Around The Heart?

I have pain that occurs near my heart and at my back around the blades sometimes when i do workouts or something physical and now I just did some push ups and I got it again but its been aching for 1 hour and a half now. I don t think its the actual heart but the pectoralis minor instead. Need help asap.
