What Causes Recurring Pain In Abdomen And Back Plus Vaginal Wetness?

Hi Dr, my name is Diyana. My husband and I try to have our third child. I check my overlation for almost all the months in 2014 and discover the time I overlate. So this month 14 I was overrated and we try that day. After that day from day 15 I got lower abdominal pain, and a little back pain which comes and go often and often. My two other kids are quite young so I have lots of work to do at home. But I feel super tired from 15, 16. And I got my vigina wet all the time from just after we try. All these are very uncommon with my previous pregnancies. We didn't try much as both of them got pregnant very easily. But this one very strange. Am I pregnent ? The pain leads me for a miss adage ?
