What Causes Recurring Pain In Chest With Tingling Sensation In Breasts?

I have been having pains in lower left side of my chest that have now moved to the middle of my chest between my breast but still more on the left side the pain gets worst when I laugh too much, sneeze or move in a certain angle sometimes I feel a tingling sensation in my breasts
