What Causes Recurring Pain In Left Arm With Metallic Taste In Mouth?

I am considering going to urgent care. Over the past couple days at various times, my left arms starts hurting like a cramping feeling, I get almost a metal taste in my mouth, which leaves me feeling nauseous, and my head starts to to hurt . I ll take some ibuprofen and close my eyes for a bit, and it will slowly disipate.
