What Causes Recurring Pain In My Armpit?

its been two years now since this started i always have this pain in my armpit i went to see many doctors and they found nothing (blood test,... you name it) but i noticed something is that when i smoke it starts hurting me, the only reason that im convincing my self with is probably i have deodorants alergy but im not so sure. but i need other possible reasons for this issue
