What Causes Recurring Pain In The Chest,back And Shoulder?

Pls am 37 and I have chest pains on the right and left angle, also I do sometimes have this pain on my back and shoulder and it spreads to my arms. I frequently have this chest pain and it beats so fast, sometimes abnormal.... please do reply me on what to do and what is the cause, symptoms and solutions . please do reply as soon as possible because the pains is becoming unbearable pls...
