What Causes Recurring Pain In The Left Side Of The Neck?

I have off and on pain (over a year) on the left side of my neck. It feels like a swollen gland. Also being treated for severely low vit D. Recently had very high anxiety with racing heart which resulted in panic attacks and chest pain. The chest pain is in a localized area on the left side and hurts when I bend over, push on the area or move a certain way. Also lots of pain in upper back like I have exercised hard and extreme exhaustion. Also, I had to go on blood pressure medicationas it is running high. Had an EKG and chest xray with blood word to check for heart problems --- all came out normal. Also had TSH, T3 & T4 checked and all normal. I keep thinking it could be some kind of autoimmune problem. What do you think? Thank you so much.
