What Causes Recurring Pain In Wrist?

hi I have pain in my wrist and I don t remembet to have any accident or anything.I am having ibuprofen to treat it and it works for a few hours but then it come back. I don.t want to take more than two or three caplets everyday because is known that that could be damaging my stomach or liver .What do you suggest? hot water makes me feel better too ?
