What Causes Recurring Pimple Like Blister On Eyebrow?

The last four weeks Ive been getting a recurring pimple like blister on my eyebrow in the exact same spot. It seems to have a little pain but can be very annoying just like a pimple. When popped or I should say poked it has a clear grayish pus with alot of blood and clear fluid. My question is could this be a infected hair follicle that keeps getting reinfected or could this be herpes simplex 1? My boyfriend does carry this virus and gets monthly cold sores.. Any advice would be wonderful, thanks
