What Causes Recurring Premature Atrial Contractions?

I have recently been having pacs again. This time frequently over a 2 week period A year ago I had them consistently for 3 days. My doc. Did an Ekg and labs which only showed pacs. I am not stressed don't drink caffeine and don't smoke. Should I be concerned and follow up with my doc.
