What Causes Recurring Pressure And Pain In My Head?

Hi~ I am a 48 yr old woman, my weight is 167 ..I just had a second lumbar puncture due to pressure, my opening pressure was 28 , I have extreme pressure in the head 24-7 and headaches that often leave me unable to function. The Neurologist I see has tried many drugs, last one being Topamax... I cannot take that drug and teach Special Education.. Diamox left me throwing up 24-7 and extremely edgy..Along with steroids affecting me the same way. Again can not take.. My vision has change drastically and have had three prescription changes in the past four months. I have decided to not change the prescription until we can better understand and FIX this condition. Any Help would be wonderful~ Thank You
