What Causes Recurring Rash With Reddish Lines And Specks On Hand?

For a week now the palm of my right handmand the fingers break out in a weird rash. It looks like bright pink lines and dots are all over my hand. It satys for about 20 mijutes. It also includes a bright pinkish red blush in the meaty part right under my fingers. The first time it happened I thought a red ink pen leaked all over the inside of my hand but I hadn't used one. tonite it happened again and this time for the first time a bright red mark appeared in the skin at the base of my left thumb. It really looks like I smeared pink Kool-Aid over my hand. What is this?
