What Causes Recurring Rashes All Over The Body Of New Born?

Hi, my baby girl 7 weeks old had extensive rush which were cleared by daktarin ointment. Two weeks later a bout of rushes appeared and spread like fire. The paedetrician prescribed elocon lotion for the morning and physiogel lotion for evening for a week skin responded well for about two weeks then the rushes started again this time more aggressively. The paedetrician has prescribed elocon and zyrtec once a day. Is this going to be a recurring problem?
