What Causes Recurring Rectal Bleeding With Abdominal Discomfort?

Hello, I have been having this problem for about 2-3 years now. Every few months or so I will have excessive amounts of blood in my stool. I usually go to the bathroom in the mornings, but I have noticed that on the nights before this happens my stomach will feel really weird. Kinda hurts but not like a stomach ache or anything. When i use the bathroom it doesn't hurt, but when i wipe i will see an excess amount of blood on the toilet paper after a wipe and in the toilet bowl. After about 3 times of going to the bathroom the bleeding will stop, my stomach will go back to normal.
