What Causes Recurring Red Bumps On Face?

I am trying to determine the cause of recurring red bumps on my face. They are in the same exact spot every time, on one side of my chin, on the lower outside region of my nose and the corner of one eye. They do not contain pus, just a clear fluid. The bumps are small and seem to be in small patches. Could it be a food issue? I hear so much about gluten issues. I have no known food allergies or otherwise. This has been an issue for a couple of months. All cosmetics are the same. Any ideas? Thank you! Stephanie
