What Causes Recurring Red Pimples Between Eyebrows?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have a group of red pimples between my eyebrows, I have been washing every night with a neutragina facewash some times it hels but now there starting to come back red ! How do i get them to go away completley?
