What Causes Recurring Red Spots On The Left Side Of The Nose?

Hi i have a recurring red patch/spot on the left side of my nose where my glasses sit. Its really annoying, is it my glasses that are causing this or could it be something else? I have suffered with ezmea on face before and dermatitis on my hands could it be related? Thank you.
I am 30 years old 5ft 8" and about 9 1/2 stone.
