What Causes Recurring Red Spots That Appear On Legs And Stomach?

I have been having these red spots appear on my legs and stomach they do not itch or antying.. Its like they come and go.. I do not know what they are at all.. Need help trying to figure out what they are and how to treat them? I do not know if its a form of pigmentation or what or a bloodclot. But, they do not bleed either.
