What Causes Recurring Right Sided Headache?

hi my name is kate, i have sever headaches on the right side of my head which comes at an interval on and of, last night i did not sleep a wink, i have seen two doctors and they say i have migraines, i was given medication including MGR but no change, what can the problem be?
