What Causes Recurring Sharp Pains In Breast?

During the night I woke up with sharp pains between my breast the pain has been off and on through out the day . Sometimes the pain last for two minutes other times it last for ten mins. Could this be a sign of pancreas or gallbladder issues. One year ago I had obstructed bowel major surgery I don't think that has anything to do I just know I'm scared
