What Causes Recurring Shortness Of Breath And Headache?

I have had bad headaches for a few weeks now, yesterday I was having minor delusions like I always do when i get a fever but I did not take my temperature. I have a continual shortness of breath and fast heartbeat when I get up and walk downstairs, what can this be? I have no health insurance so i don't think my mom will take me to the doctor
