What Causes Recurring Small Red Spots Leading To Itching Sensation All Over Torso?

Hi My son has persistent small red itching spots over his torso.We have had scabies treatment that hasn t helped. Changed bedding , not helped. we don t have animals. Just wondered what they might be?small amount of clear to milky may weep out. if he takes one Zetop 10mg in morning not as itchy all day.could this be related to a food allergy or maybe some sort of dermititis?Kind regards,Merryn
