What Causes Recurring Sore Throat And Nasal Drip?

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from sore throat and running nose. I am taking azax-500 post dinner from two days. Sore Throat happens to me very frequently. I do smoke when I consume alcohol and I consume alcohol like once a week. I sit for longer hours during the day and tend to fall asleep immediately after dinner. I feel restlessness and irritated during the day and feel tired during night.
