What Causes Recurring Tingling Sensation In Feet And Toes?

Hi doctor, I always have some weird tinkling sensation or minor pain at the feet and toes , can be be some DVT symptom? my doctor said they seem to be arthritis , have sent my yo check out with foot specialist twice already , he also said the same. I considered myself pretty healthy, not smoking just a bit high blood pressure which i take the Hyzaar pill regular . One of my coworker recently dies from DVT the clogged her lung , it was a scary experience and wake up call for all of us , so what do u think i may have if i keep on having this weird pain, it is not like very painful type but i do feel like something is wrong with my feet and toe.
