What Causes Recurring Tingling Sensation In Hand?

2 months ago i was diagnosed with Bell s Palsy. With the paralysis of the left side of my face, i felt my arm tingle (the left one). I am 20 years old. I like photography, but ever since around 2011, my hand would shake inconveniently while i tried to hold still and take a photo. Now, i notice that every time i have a flu or are fatigued, the tingling feeling in my habd and lower arm comes back. My doctor suggested an MRI, but i havent gotten around to it yet.
